This online course teaches the core functionality of Neo4j, an open-source graph database. With a mixture of theory and hands-on practice sessions, developers will quickly and easily learn how to leverage the power of graph databases through Cypher, Neo4j's graph query language. The session covers querying graph patterns with Cypher, designing and implementing a graph database model, and evolving an existing graph to support new or changed requirements.

Gal is a Field Engineer covering the Israeli Market for Neo4j. With over 8 years of experience in both global & Start-Up companies, Gal has vast knowledge in data and technology. Before joining Neo4j, Gal had worked for over 4 years as a software engineer in eBay.com, leading eBay's high scale ETL processes, and during the past 4 years, Gal lead a product team in a high-tech Start-Up company in Israel, designing complex data recommendation system, for optimised user experiences. Gal is a sports fanatic, from Soccer to Basketball, Acrobatics to UFC, Surfing and Snowboarding. In addition to sports, Gal's strongest passion is education. He is volunteering for many years in Israel's educational system as a tutor for young students.
Nav Mathur is the Senior Director of Global Solutions at Neo. He is responsible for solutions development and Go-To-Market activities for Solutions. Nav is seasoned in business development and brings over 20+ years of experience in consulting focused on Strategy, Planning and Transformational Business & IT Solutions.
Nav has a Masters degree in Software Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering. He has also completed an executive management course from Babson College.
