Justin Wilkie, Coordinator Data Analytics, Manager Technology Strategy and Data, Australian Federal Police: Justin is responsible for developing the AFP Technology Strategy and associated roadmaps to address capability gaps and opportunities. Justin is also responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of the AFP’s corporate information management, data science and analytics platforms and developing methods and governance to ensure consistent application and use of data, analytics and augmented decision making. In addition, the role includes the delivery of highly specialised systems and software to support operational outcomes.

Henry Sowell, Global Vice President, Technology Solutions, Neo4j: Henry is responsible for the Global Sales Engineering, Professional Services and Customer Success Architect organisations at Neo4j. He is a proven leader, having made significant strides in various technologies and industries over the past two decades. His journey in the tech world is notable for his early use of graph technologies in novel applications to combat terrorism and, more recently, for deploying Neo4j production use cases in his previous role at Cloudera, where he served as the Senior Vice President of Cloud and Field Technology. His career is distinguished by remarkable achievements, including leading diverse worldwide technical teams, driving customer objectives and cloud consumption.
