Before joining Neo4j, Gal had worked for over 4 years as a software engineer in eBay.com, leading eBay's high scale ETL processes, and during the past 4 years, Gal lead a product team in a high-tech Start-Up company in Israel, designing complex data recommendation system, for optimised user experiences. Gal is a sports fanatic, from Soccer to Basketball, Acrobatics to UFC, Surfing and Snowboarding. In addition to sports, Gal's strongest passion is education. He is volunteering for many years in Israel's educational system as a tutor for young students.
